Interpersonal Process Training Groups for Clergy and Clinicians
Mental health and spiritual care professionals carry out essential, healing work in the world. They also face unique pressures, and can experience high rates of interpersonal isolation, burnout, boundary violations, and more.

Despite the universality of group modalities in both ministry and mental health settings, many clinicians and clergy receive limited formal training in group dynamics.
Through experiential education, these training groups offer members the opportunity to grow in their self-understanding, deepen awareness of relational and group dynamics, and strengthen their personal, pastoral, and/or professional selves.

Graduate students and seminarians are welcome.

Clergy and professional development funds are accepted. Hours are counted towards requirements for those seeking board certification. Open to clinicians and clergy of all orientations and traditions.

Each group offers 75 minutes of experiential process and 15 minutes of didactic/discussion.
$80 a session.
